Texas Tech Cheerleader Aaliyah Kikumoto, Known as ‘Masters Girl,’ Impresses Fans with Golf Skills: ‘Incredible Swing’

Aaliyah Kikumoto, a Texas Tech cheerleader, has been enjoying the limelight since her viral social media moment during the final round of the Masters earlier this month. The newfound fame has led to a modeling opportunity with BSX, and she has gained thousands of additional followers on Instagram and TikTok.

Recently, Kikumoto demonstrated that her talents extend beyond gymnastics and cheering. She shared a video from a driving range on Monday, showcasing her impressive golf swing. It was not clear if the video was taken at TopGolf, Drive Shack, or a similar venue. Her golf skills amazed her growing fanbase.

One commenter expressed their surprise, saying, “I thought you just went to watch. You CAN genuinely play. That swing is fundamentally something any coach would be happy to work with.” Another added, “That’s a heck of a backswing right there.”

Kikumoto gained viral attention when she was spotted enthusiastically cheering behind Jon Rahm and Brooks Koepka as they competed for the green jacket during the Masters‘ final round. She later confirmed her identity in the comments section of a TikTok video shared by Double Bogeys Only, which featured her in the gallery.

In addition to her golfing prowess, Kikumoto is a member of the Texas Tech Pom Squad, a dance team with a diverse repertoire that includes “pom, jazz, hip hop, and contemporary lyrical,” according to their website. Past members of the team have gone on to perform for major sports teams, such as the Dallas Cowboys, Dallas Mavericks, Houston Rockets, Houston Texans, New York Jets, and Kansas City Chiefs.

Kikumoto took to social media to share her Masters experience after the TikTok video went viral, thanking “Ho. 16” and using the hashtag “#themastersgirl.”
