All five founding rosters are official: 25 LPGA stars, 112 tour wins and 15 major championships, split across Atlanta, Boston, Los Angeles, Detroit and New York. Here's every team, every player, and how the league works.
What is WTGL?
WTGL (Women's Team Golf League) is an indoor, tech-driven women's team golf league created by TMRW Sports in partnership with the LPGA. It features the world's best LPGA Tour stars competing in fast-paced, head-to-head match play out of a custom-built, arena-style venue.
It is the women's counterpart to the men's TGL, also run by TMRW Sports. Alex Morgan's Trybe Ventures is the lead capital partner. Matches are played at the custom-built SoFi Center in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida — the same arena as the men's TGL — with the inaugural season beginning in November 2026.

The 25-player field also includes eight of the top 15 in the Rolex Women's World Golf Rankings and eight of the top 20 in the Race to the CME Globe.
How WTGL Works
- 1Five teams play a round-robin regular season where every match carries postseason implications, building to single-elimination semifinals and a best-of-three final.
- 2Rosters are five deep, but only three players from each team compete in a given match — putting a premium on lineup strategy.
- 3Play is indoors in a mixed-reality arena: players hit into a giant simulator screen, then finish holes on a physical green that rotates and re-contours.
- 4It borrows the men's TGL innovations — mic'd-up players, a shot clock, and the risk-reward 'Hammer' that raises the stakes mid-match.
- 5Hole distances and design elements were informed by LPGA performance data, and matches are built to run about two hours start to finish.

How many players are on a WTGL team?
Each WTGL team carries a five-player roster, and three of those five play in any given match — so lineup decisions are part of the strategy. Across the league that is 25 players in the inaugural season.
When does WTGL start?
WTGL's inaugural season begins in November 2026 at the SoFi Center in Palm Beach Gardens, Florida, with the five teams playing through November and December. The full schedule and ticket details have not been released yet.
