Search Committee and Firm for LPGA Commissioner Search Selected

LPGA player directors and independent directors to serve on committee, and Elevate Talent to lead search

The Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) today announced the formation of its search committee, composed of LPGA player directors and independent directors, along with the selection of Elevate Talent 

as the executive search firm to lead the process of identifying the LPGA’s next commissioner.

The search committee is made up of LPGA board members representing a range of perspectives. This subset of the board was carefully chosen to incorporate player, player professional, and independent director representation.

Its eight members are:

Stephanie Meadow

 – Board Member and Player Director

Stacy Lewis

 – LET Joint Venture Board Member and Player

Vicki Goetze-Ackerman

 – Board Member and LPGA Player President

Louise Ball

 – Board Member and LPGA Professionals President

Michele Meyer-Shipp

 – Board Member and Chair of the Human Resources Committee

Madi Kleiner

 – Vice Chair, Board of Directors

John Veihmeyer

 – Chair, Board of Directors

The selection process for the search firm was led by the Search Committee and focused on evaluating each firm’s methodology, global network, and understanding of the LPGA’s mission. Elevate Talent’s exceptional track record, insightful approach, and commitment to diversity and inclusion stood out during this comprehensive process.
